I would of course add the most successful sales VP in Silicon Valley ATM- Bill Binch from Marketo.  Bill led our sales team to over 110 closed deals in Q4, driving Marketo to become the leading marketing automation company (only one of his recent accomplishments).  

Also, I would love to have seen Ardath Albee make the list.  Her book, eMarketing Strategies for the Complex Sale, is both educational and motivational for both sales and marketing professionals alike.  

For managers and reps trying to achieve this stellar sales status- I definitely recommend the blogs and books of all the folks listed, plus the following webinar which explains how Bill has achieved sales success including tips on sales compensation, lead follow-up and more (note, this is NOT a sales presentation or demo):   http://bit.ly/8fytMM]]></description>
